Who we are
vorne.ro is operated by Plastmach Machine S.R.L., registered office at Strada Petőfi Sándor 1bis, Dumbrăvița 307160, județul Timiș, România, VAT number RO 44339298, registered with the Trade Register under no. J35/2134/2021, email contact@vorne.ro or by phone on +40 732 405 826.
“Seller” and “we” mean the company above. “Customer” and “you” mean anyone who uses the site or places an order through it.
What this document covers
This document governs the use of the site and the sale of the products shown on it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, in the version published on the date of your order.
Your account
An account is optional — you can order without one. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through the account.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time, at contact@vorne.ro. Deleting the account does not affect tax documents already issued, which the law requires us to keep.
Prices, descriptions and availability
Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). Whether a price includes VAT is stated explicitly next to it and in the basket.
Photographs and descriptions are indicative; the binding characteristics are those in the product’s technical sheet. Displayed availability is indicative and may change up until the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or stock errors. If such an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before confirming it and you may cancel at no cost.
Placing and confirming an order
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation — by email or by phone — and not at the moment you place it.
We may decline an order, telling you why, where the product is no longer available, where the contact details are plainly incorrect, or where there are reasonable indications of fraud.
Payment
The accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout. Card payments, where offered, are processed entirely on the payment processor’s infrastructure — we neither store nor have access to your card details.
We issue a VAT invoice for every order and send it electronically to the email address you give us.
Delivery
We deliver within Romania, to the address you specify. Delivery times and costs are those shown at checkout or communicated when the order is confirmed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the goods. We recommend checking the parcel on receipt and recording any damage on the transport document, in the courier’s presence.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of taking possession of the product, without giving any reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
To exercise this right, send us an unequivocal statement at contact@vorne.ro. Return the product within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received it and, where possible, in its original packaging. The direct cost of the return is yours, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
We refund what you paid, including the standard cost of the original delivery, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method.
The exceptions in Article 16 of OUG no. 34/2014 continue to apply — among others, goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, which cannot be returned.
Conformity and warranty
Products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Law no. 449/2003 and OUG no. 140/2021. Where goods are not in conformity you are entitled, in the order the law sets out, to have them brought into conformity by repair or replacement, to a proportionate price reduction, or to terminate the contract.
Any additional commercial warranty granted by the manufacturer is stated in the certificate accompanying the product and does not affect the rights above.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by incorrect fitting or use, or work carried out by unauthorised persons.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information published here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, so far as the law permits. Nothing in this document limits liability for loss that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logos and other material published on vorne.ro belong to Plastmach Machine S.R.L. or its partners and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print them for personal use; any commercial reproduction requires our written consent.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We would rather settle any disagreement directly — write to us at the contact details above and we will try.
If that does not resolve it, you may turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including through its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure, or to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

Failing an amicable settlement, disputes are heard by the competent Romanian courts, except where consumer protection law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may change this document. The version that applies to an order is the one published on this page on the date the order is placed; the date of the last revision is shown at the top.
